Hi,At IOT, we continue to grow, we’re excited to announce a new professional opportunity within the company: Chemical Engineer, a key role to execute the global product strategy for one or more of IOT’s business lines.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Chemist or Chemical Engineer with expertise in radical photopolymerization to join our innovative team in a breakthrough project on lens manufacturing by Threshold Volumetric Printing.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with international teams to design, formulate, and optimize photopolymerizable systems for volumetric printing lens manufacturing applications.- Conduct experimental work on radical photopolymerization processes, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate photopolymerization into a volumetric printing lens manufacturing workflow.- Analyze and interpret data to improve material performance and processing efficiency.Required Qualifications- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science, OR equivalent professional experience.- Demonstrated experience in radical photopolymerization, either through:- Professional projects, or- Academic research (Master’s thesis or Ph.D.
