Experteer Overview In this role you implement and integrate laboratory software within diagnostic workflows to enhance LIS/LIMS use and data-driven decision making. You act as a technical focal point for customers, supporting AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies to optimise laboratory performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, provide training, and ensure compliant documentation and handovers. This position offers the chance to contribute to AI-first diagnostics across integral labs and academic centres, shaping scalable healthcare workflows. Compensaciones / Beneficios
Install and configure LIS/LIMS systems Integrate software into laboratory workflows and map daily processes Deliver and implement LIS projects Act as subject matter expert and trusted technical contact for customers Support adoption of AI-enabled solutions and data-driven technologies Prepare execution plans and documentation; manage project plans, budgets,
and quality Provide customer training and interfaces between customers and development teams Perform updates/upgrades and on-site implementations Contribute to continuous improvement and automation opportunities Responsabilidades
Degree, vocational qualification or equivalent in IT, software engineering, computer science or related technical discipline Programming or scripting experience for system interfaces and data exchange Experience connecting software platforms, laboratory instruments or analysers Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, ASTM or IHE Understanding of operating systems, networking and virtualised environments; LIS/LIMS knowledge beneficial Fluent German and professional English proficiency AI/ML concepts understanding and ability to work with data in LIS/LIMS; awareness of AI-driven healthcare solutions
