Experteer Overview In this role you will shield marketing integrity by aligning Growth with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit. You will architect and maintain processes and knowledge bases to enable compliant, rapid go-to-market at scale. You’ll translate regulatory requirements into actionable playbooks for Marketing and cross-functional partners. - Lead end-to-end mapping of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure marketing processes and tool integrations meet regulatory requirements
- Serve as the bridge between Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit, translating regulations into actionable playbooks
- Own audit remediation and risk mitigation, identifying and closing process gaps to protect go-to-market speed
- Architect and maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base for product playbooks, brand guidelines, and onboarding
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate the Marketing organization on regulatory obligations and compliant processes




- Implement robust regulatory quality controls across marketing initiatives, including data handling and asset creation to align with standards (GDPR, KWG, MaRisk, WpHG)Responsabilidades
- 3–5+ years in process management, internal audit, risk management, or marketing compliance in a regulated environment (Fintech or Banking preferred)
- Strong ability to map complex cross-functional workflows and maintain high-quality internal documentation
- Proven educator and communicator with ability to translate legal concepts into simple guidance
- Analytical mindset with a compliance-by-design approach to identify risks and efficiency gains
- Strong stakeholder orchestration skills across technical, legal, and creative teams
