Experteer Overview In this role you implement and integrate laboratory software within diagnostic workflows to enhance LIS/LIMS use and data-driven decision making. You act as a technical focal point for customers, supporting AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies to optimise laboratory performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, provide training, and ensure compliant documentation and handovers.

This position offers the chance to contribute to AI-first diagnostics across integral labs and academic centres, shaping scalable healthcare workflows.

manage project plans, budgets, and quality

- Provide customer training and interfaces between customers and development teams
- Perform updates/upgrades and on-site implementations
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation opportunities

Responsabilidades
- Degree, vocational qualification or equivalent in IT, software engineering, computer science or related technical discipline
- Programming or scripting experience for system interfaces and data xugodme exchange
- Experience connecting software platforms, laboratory instruments or analysers
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, ASTM or IHE
- Understanding of operating systems, networking and virtualised environments;

LIS/LIMS knowledge beneficial

- Fluent German and professional English proficiency
- AI/ML concepts understanding and ability to work with data in LIS/LIMS;

awareness of AI-driven healthcare solutions
