POSITIONS AVAILABLE Site Senior Architect Site Architect Site Senior ID – FFE Coordinator BIM Coordinator (BIM All Disciplines) MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Coordinate architectural and interior design activities throughout the construction phase. Review architectural drawings, specifications and technical documentation to ensure compliance with the approved design. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors and consultants to resolve technical and design-related issues. Support the implementation of architectural and interior design concepts on site. Coordinate design information across multiple disciplines, including architecture, structure and MEP. Review shop drawings, material submittals and technical proposals. Monitor the quality and execution of architectural finishes, interior elements and design details. Ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the construction process. Support BIM coordination, model reviews and clash detection activities where applicable.



Assist with the preparation of technical reports, progress updates and design coordination documentation. Ensure compliance with project requirements, technical standards and quality expectations. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international construction environment. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Proven experience in architecture, interior design, design coordination or BIM , preferably within large-scale residential, hospitality or high-end construction projects. Previous experience working on international projects and construction sites will be highly valued. Experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region will be considered an advantage. TECHNICAL SKILLS Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes. Ability to interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications and construction documentation. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams. Knowledge of architectural finishes, materials and interior design details. Familiarity with BIM coordination processes and multidisciplinary models. Proficiency in relevant design and technical software, such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks, depending on the position. Strong understanding of quality control and design compliance. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively in an international, site-based environment.
