Would you like to join an international environment where you can play a key role in improving HR processes and systems across different countries?We are currently looking for a P&C Specialist - Projects & Data Analysis to support global P&C digitalisation initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR applications, processes and reporting.Location: BarcelonaYour responsibilities- Support and coordinate global P&C digitalisation projects, including local implementation- Lead smaller projects or sub-projects and contribute to defining system requirements- Support SuccessFactors applications and coordinate with 2nd and 3rd-level support- Coordinate testing, release management and user training- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and offboarding processes- Drive improvements in P&C data quality, particularly across subsidiaries- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting- Support general HR controlling and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders,
