Overview

In this SAP Success Factors Consultant role, you will design, develop and deploy SAP-based HR solutions for clients, translating business needs into SAP requirements. You’ll work in cross-functional teams, delivering Success Factors projects across local and remote settings.

You’ll lead client interactions, manage project scope and collaborate with integral delivery centers to ensure value and success. This opportunity lets you shape HR technology at scale within a diverse, innovation-driven culture.

Responsabilidades

- Develop, deliver and maintain SAP Success Factors solutions
- Capture and translate client requirements into SAP specifications
- Oversee Success Factors development, customizations and deployment
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business)




- Lead and manage projects, including client relationships and coordination with global delivery centers

Requisitos principales

- 4-6 years of Experience with SAP Success Factors
- Knowledge of Employee Central and/or Recruiting Management
- Experience translating functional and system requirements into technical specs
- Strong English and Spanish proficiency for consulting
- Good communication and team-player mindset
- Occasional travel may be required
