The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the successful delivery of projects from preparation through completion. The role acts as the central point of coordination between internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, operators, and other project stakeholders. It supports the Acquisition & Engineering phase while taking a leading role during construction and project execution. The position ensures that project information, progress, documentation, and reporting remain accurate, timely, and aligned with agreed objectives.

- Coordinate several build, replacement, relocation projects, ensuring activities progress according to the agreed project plan.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with contractors and subcontractors, including follow-up of deliverables, interfaces, site activities, and outstanding actions.
- Monitor project progress, risks, costs, milestones, variations, and dependencies, taking corrective action or escalating issues when required.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure required permits, acceptance documents, as-built information, and other deliverables are completed and properly captured in the relevant systems.
- Summarize project information into clear weekly updates, dashboards, and management reports for stakeholders including Telenet, Finance, Estates, and senior management.

What we expect from you:





- 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience, with practical experience in construction projects in Belgium and a solid understanding of civil works.
- Fluent professional communication skills in English, Dutch, and French are essential.
- Strong knowledge of project coordination, contractor management, construction processes, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Good command of Excel, Power BI, and Pylot.
- Organized and analytical, with strong attention to detail.
