For our client operating in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Project Engineer Validation to support the introduction of new products on the production site while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
As part of the Launch Excellence team, you will support the launch of new products and ensure that all processes are properly validated before implementation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the launch of new products on the production site.
• Focusing on Formulation, Inspection, and Filling activities and providing support for validation related activities.
• Executing and documenting validation activities in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Supporting urgent quality investigations and risk assessment activities.
• Supporting the implementation of process and system changes related to new product
introductions.
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating project and validation documentation.
• Communicating and tracking required project timelines.
• Coordinating project activities and reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Working closely with Production, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams.
• Being present on the production floor to support and follow operational activities.
• Proactively investigating issues and supporting problem resolution.
• Contributing to project planning, coordination, and execution.
Candidate Profile
• Master's degree in Pharmacy or a relevant scientific field (e.g., Bio-engineering, Biochemistry,
Biotechnology).
• Open to junior profiles.
• Previous experience is considered a plus, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
• Exposure to a GMP-regulated environment is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Working conditions
The position requires regular presence on the production floor and flexibility depending on project

Shift work may be required, including:
• Early shifts
• Late shifts
• Night shifts
• Weekend shifts
Several consecutive weeks of shift work are planned next year and may represent several months in
total depending on project requirements.
