Project Manager / Owners Representative | Hyperscale Data Centres | Freelance

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Working Pattern: 100% On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost control activities.
- Oversee contractor performance, change management, and project reporting.
- Monitor QA/QC processes and ensure construction works meet required standards.
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, invoices, and project documentation.
- Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, handover documentation, and final accounts.
- Liaise between operational teams and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Essential:





- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Owner's Representative on construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
- Experience managing contractors and stakeholders on complex construction projects.
- Data Centre, infrastructure, mission-critical, or similar large-scale project experience.
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification.

Desirable:

- Previous client-side/owner's representative experience.
- Strong change management and commercial awareness.
- Experience with project handover and commissioning activities.
