Gro-Med, a Vaighai Group company, seeks a Sales Manager to grow our substrate business in Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, and adjacent territories. You will sell to large-scale growers, appoint distributors, and act as the commercial face of Vaighai in the region.
This is a field-heavy role with frequent travel. You will build relationships with growers, agronomists and procurement teams, coordinate with our technical team on trials, and negotiate pricing and supply agreements.
