District Loss Prevention Manager, TJX, Madrid, ES Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this District Loss Prevention Manager role, you lead and develop a district LP team to support our safety and loss-reduction strategy. You partner with District Managers to drive shrink and safety initiatives and manage KPI performance, budgets, and resources. You act as an ambassador for the TJX brand, collaborating with partners to protect associates and customers while addressing security and HR issues. This position offers impact across districts within a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment and opportunities to shape loss-prevention programs at scale.

Develop and communicate district shrink and safety strategy

Collaborate with District Manager to deliver LP initiatives

Manage district LP KPIs, costs, and budgets

Deputise for line manager as required

Prioritise safety and minimise shrink across districts

Lead Violence and Aggression responses when needed

Identify and address technical and physical security issues with the security team

Allocate resources across districts to meet business needs

Engage with external bodies (local bids, councils) to resolve issues





Build relationships with partners to deliver district strategies

Ensure policy and procedure compliance across the district

Support operational loss initiatives across the district

Act as an ambassador of the TJX brand

Oversee talent planning, recruitment, development, and performance processes

Lead coaching and development to deliver objectives and initiatives

Support succession planning and utilisation of company resources for team growth

Participate in district, regional, and company projects as required

Responsabilidades

Experience in Loss Prevention within a customer-focused retail environment
