As Senior Manager, Regional Head of Technology MedTech EP-CNV EMEA, you will shape the regional technology strategy and translate it into multi-year roadmaps. You partner with regional leadership to deliver digital and AI capabilities that differentiate the MedTech portfolio and improve patient and customer outcomes. You lead a cross-country technology organization, driving value, speed, and quality across platforms and services.

This role blends strategic influence with hands-on delivery in a fast‑moving, regulated environment.

- Operationalize AI/ML and GenAI across commercial, supply chain, service, and Ru0026D-adjacent use cases with robust data governance
- Lead disciplined product management to ideate, build, and scale high-impact solutions with clear OKRs and delivery
- Oversee regional technology budgeting, value/risk/compliance alignment,



and governance
- Champion customer-centric design and coordinate stakeholder engagement in technology aspects for launches and lifecycle management
- Influence decisions across a complex matrix organization to deliver scalable solutions and regional outcomes
- Drive people leadership, coaching, and an inclusive, high-engagement culture within teams

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years in technology leadership with LOB, engineering, data operations, or product teams
- 5+ years of people leadership in matrixed environments
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business; Master’s preferred
- Experience applying technology to business problems with strong communication and stakeholder partnership across senior levels
- Experience with business processes (bids/tenders, order to cash, xugodme customer engagement) and their interface with ERP, CRM, MES
- Proven track record in product management, agile delivery, and portfolio governance
- Fluency with cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML/GenAI; hands-on leadership beyond pilots
- Experience modernizing legacy environments while introducing digital and AI-enabled solutions
- Proven ability to influence decisions in a complex organization to drive alignment and scalable solutions
- Preferred: MedTech domain exposure to cardio and neurovascular products and cross-country stakeholder collaboration
- Proven success hiring and developing technical and product talent
