In this Data Analyst role, you will transform large datasets into strategic assets, partnering with multiple functions to deliver actionable insights within Airbus Defence and Space. You will support data governance and compliance while promoting a data-driven mindset across the organization. You will design visualizations and reports to communicate findings and guide informed decisions, working closely with the data ecosystem and stakeholders. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with meaningful impact on defense and space programs.

Responsabilidades

- End-to-end data processing from ingestion to cleaning to ensure high data quality
- Apply advanced statistical techniques to derive insights and reduce bias in decisions
- Design and deliver impactful visualizations, dashboards, and storytelling to communicate findings




- Prepare and present comprehensive reports for stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions
- Manage and maintain analytic tools and software, ensuring data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Foster a data-driven culture by coaching and sharing best practices across teams

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience in data analysis, data preparation, and working with complex datasets
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
- Strong command of statistics and probability concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, Monte Carlo simulations, CLT, confidence intervals)
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Python/R, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikSense)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, adaptability, coaching mindset, and ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Advanced English language skills
- Experience in aerospace/defense or industrial manufacturing and knowledge of big data or ML models are nice-to-have
