Service Description:

The HRBP office team needs external workforce to maintain service delivery, due to workload and internal staff

The HRBP office team consists of:

- Senior HRBP
- HRBP
- HRBP officer

We are looking for reinforcement for the HRBP officer activities.

The HRBP officer has the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Various actions in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. creating new vacancies, positions & functions, cleaning up vacant positions, entering mutations, entering promotions, creating a new organizational structure, ...).
- Preparing the communication via e-mail about Performance Management and the preparation of the distribution lists.
- Follow-up of the evaluation cycle (e.g. reminders to managers for filling in the scores, for the creation of objectives).
- Sending questionnaires (e.g. to new colleagues – in the context of onboarding), analyzing the answers and meeting the colleague if necessary for a better understanding of the answers.
- Updating and maintaining the documentation on the Client intranet (and expanding the documentation where relevant).
- Scheduling various meetings (e.g. HRBPoffice, HRBP,



follow-up meetings between the HRBPs and people managers in their scope, HRBP with management teams in their scope about performance management, ...).
- Helping senior HRBP or HRPB with ad hoc questions (e.g. reporting from SAP SuccessFactors, looking up job descriptions, ...)
- Helping people managers or employees with ad hoc questions (e.g. about how SAP SuccessFactors work)
- Listing frequent questions and looking for a more efficient way of working (e.g. via communication on Pulse, ...).
- You see opportunities for improvement, analyze and bring them to realization

Additional requirements:

- You have relevant experience within SAP SuccessFactors
- Je bent vlot Microsoft tools (MS Teams, mail, excel, word, ppt)
- You work accurately
- You are solution-oriented
- You are customer-oriented
- You are systematic
- You are adaptable and can adjust your schedule according to priorities
- You are analytical and numerical
- You are very fluent in French or Dutch, and have at least passive knowledge of the other language
