Overview

As Senior Regional Services Manager, you will lead the Iberia regional team of Dynatrace consultants and architects delivering Professional Services across EMEA, based in Barcelona. You will own team performance, delivery quality, and customer outcomes, while nurturing talent and coordinating with Sales and SSD in Iberia and ROE. You’ll build and coach a high-performing regional PS team, ensuring consistent delivery and strong customer value. You’ll be the day-to-day PS leader for Iberia and ROE, shaping regional strategy and portfolio health.

Responsabilidades

- Lead day-to-day PS operations for Iberia and ROE regions
- Ensure delivery quality and adherence to Dynatrace methodologies across engagements
- Plan resourcing and prioritize high-value engagements with Sales and SSD




- Coach and mentor team members to drive skill growth and career progression
- Escalate and resolve delivery risks, resourcing conflicts, and customer issues
- Contribute to regional strategy and report portfolio health to the Regional Services Director

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- 2+ years in a people-management role
- Strong understanding of Dynatrace technology and Services delivery
- Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Spanish/English)
- Based in Barcelona; ability to travel regionally
