After doubling the size of our teams over the past two years, we are continuing our growth and looking for a Sourcer to join our Barcelona team and support the development of our EMEA market.

The role

As a Sourcer, you will work closely with our Business Development Managers to identify, approach and qualify freelance IT consultants for client projects.

Your main responsibilities:

- Source IT profiles through LinkedIn, databases and other channels
- Approach candidates and build relationships
- Qualify their experience, availability and expectations
- Build and develop your own candidate network
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to match consultants with client opportunities

A clear path to Sales

This role can evolve towards a Business Development position .

You will first develop strong expertise in sourcing, candidate qualification and the IT staffing market, while building your communication,



negotiation and commercial skills. As you progress, you can move into a Business Development role and take ownership of your own clients and business.

What we're looking for

- First experience in sourcing, recruitment, sales, business development or a similar role
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of English
- Results-oriented and target-driven
- Ambitious, resilient and commercially minded
- No previous IT staffing experience required
