Overview

As a Payroll Specialist at SD Worx, you will drive end-to-end Danish payroll delivery within our SAP Managed Payroll Services. You’ll partner with country teams and clients to optimize processes, handle complex cases, and ensure timely, compliant payroll in multi-country contexts. You will contribute to expanding SAP MPS capabilities for Danish and international clients, shaping standardized yet locally adaptable processes. This is a cross-functional, client-facing role with opportunities to grow in a people-focused, global environment.

Responsabilidades

- Orchestrate end-to-end payroll delivery for Danish customers
- Manage process deviations, assess impact, and propose solutions
- Own change requests from requirements through implementation and training
- Ensure alignment with general/local process standards and client needs
- Maintain and update SOPs, DWIs, and guidelines
- Collaborate with clients and country teams for smooth operations
- Support design and enhancement of standardized,



locally adaptable processes
- Handle complex payroll cases and serve as escalation point
- Ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery per SLAs
- Support system updates, testing, UAT, and parallel runs
- Maintain regular client communication on payroll processing
- Guide Payroll Administrators and ensure regulatory compliance
- Liaise with external stakeholders (tax authorities, benefits providers)
- Manage year-end processing and statutory reporting

Requisitos principales

- 3–5 years of experience in Payroll outsourcing/BPO
- Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll / Employee Central Payroll
- Experience with international clients and complex payroll operations
- Problem-solver mindset focused on process improvement
- Ability to work under pressure while delivering high quality
- Good communication skills in verbal and written form
- Fluent in Danish and English
