If you are interested in working for a dynamic company with flat hierarchy, we look forward to receiving your application.Your tasks:Manage and support relational databases, caching solutions and associated middleware across cloud and production environmentsMonitor database health, availability, capacity and performance, identifying and addressing potential operational issues proactivelyInvestigate and resolve database incidents, performance problems and resource constraintsHandle database installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, backup and recovery activities, as well as regular maintenanceSupport database migrations, releases and other controlled changes in production environmentsSet up and maintain monitoring, alerting and automation for database services and develop related operational proceduresWork closely with technical teams in China, using Mandarin Chinese to align database and middleware management practicesProvide database-related technical support to application teams, particularly during troubleshooting and production deploymentsIdentify opportunities to improve database reliability,
