Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this role serves as a critical resource in coordinating CGT-related activities across in-country teams, external partners, and other Cencora business units — supporting both the development phase and ongoing operational delivery of CGT services.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and development of CGT ( Cell & Gene Therapy) service propositions for pan-European clients, ensuring alignment with Cencora's strategic objectives in advanced therapiesAssist in the creation of solution blueprints, service descriptions, and operational models specific to CGT logistics and distribution requirementsCoordinate with in-country teams to assess local readiness, regulatory requirements, and operational feasibility for CGT solution deliverySupport the pricing for solutions offered to CGT clientsAct as a coordination point between in-country operations teams, quality and compliance functions, and external partners to support CGT solution delivery across European marketsSupport the identification and management of third?party partnerships across geographies where Cencora does not have direct CGT operational capabilities, ensuring service quality and contractual alignmentCollaborate with adjacent Cencora business units to leverage existing infrastructure and expertise in CGT solution designAssist in negotiating partnership terms and service-level agreements with external CGT service providers in conjunction with commercial and legal teamsWork with implementation managers to support the onboarding of new CGT clientsAssist in the development and maintenance of CGT-specific implementation playbooks, standard operating procedures, and quality documentationSupport the Business Development team in client-facing meetings, presentations,



and workshops to articulate Cencora's CGT capabilities and solution offeringsPrepare materials for governance meetings, steering committees, and internal reviews related to CGT programme deliveryContribute to market intelligence efforts by monitoring trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in the European CGT landscapeRequirementsEssential5-7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare logistics, supply chain, or a related field, with exposure to advanced therapies, clinical trials, or specialty pharmaBachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience required4+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field requiredUnderstanding of CGT or advanced therapy logistics, including cold chain, cryogenic handling, and time-critical distribution requirementsStrong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across different countries and stakeholdersSolid analytical skills with experience supporting business cases, financial models, or solution development processesExcellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholdersFluent in English; additional European languages are highly advantageousProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)DesirableDirect experience working with Cell & Gene Therapy products, ATMPs, or clinical trial logisticsKnowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and ATMP-specific regulatory requirements across European jurisdictionsCertifications in sales or account management, CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent preferredExperience with third?party partnership management or outsourced service coordination in a pharmaceutical contextFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Smartsheet)Experience working within a matrix organisation, collaborating across country and functional lines without direct authorityDutch language - nice to haveAdditional Job DescriptionThe preferred location for this role is Veghel, Netherlands; however,
