?Some details about your department

We are looking for a Salesforce Junior Functional Consultant to join our Salesforce consulting team.



This role is ideal for professionals in the early stages of their careers who want to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem, developing functional expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects across sectors such as Retail, Real Estate, Banking, Energy, or Consumer Goods, while working alongside senior consultants and Team Leads.

? What we'd like you to do

- Platform Configuration: Perform Salesforce configuration tasks (objects, fields, layouts, views, simple workflows) according to team guidelines.
- Automation Support: Assist in creating and maintaining Flows and Process Builders under supervision.
- Reporting: Create basic reports and dashboards for business tracking.
- Documentation: Prepare functional documentation (user manuals, use cases, specifications) and meeting minutes.
- Client Support: Participate in status meetings and client workshops, supporting senior consultants in requirements gathering.
- Testing: Perform functional testing (UAT) on implemented solutions prior to deployment to production.
- Continuous Learning: Actively train in new Salesforce features, including Generative AI solutions (Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder).

? What we'd like you to bring

Technical Requirements:

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of Salesforce experience (internships, training projects, or initial work experience in consulting or related fields will be valued).
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Higher Vocational Degree (FP Superior) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. Specific Salesforce training (bootcamps, courses, Trailhead) is a plus.
- Location: Madrid.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (essential or in an advanced stage of completion).
- Core Salesforce: Basic configuration-level knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Automations: Basic understanding of Flow Builder and Process Builder.
- Data Model: Basic concepts of the Salesforce data model (standard/custom objects, relationships, fields).




- Tools: Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and data analysis.
- Analytical Capacity: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork: Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong willingness to work in a team.
- Languages: High level of Spanish and English (international projects).

Desirable Requirements (Nice to Have):
- Advanced Trailhead status (Ranger, Superbadges, especially in Agentforce) or additional certifications (Platform App Builder, Business Analyst).
- Basic knowledge of Apex and/or LWC (at a reading/understanding level, not necessarily development).
- Interest or initial knowledge in Einstein AI and Agentforce.
- Previous experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Prior experience (even academic) in any target sector: Retail, Real Estate, Banking, Energy, or Consumer Goods.
