Experteer Overview In this role you will support the delivery of client services within the Client Management team, applying business management analytics with a focus on dealer performance. You will analyze operative, financial, and KPI data to drive improvements and ensure high-quality, timely results. You’ll train and support the dealer network, manage client relationships, and present project updates to stakeholders. This position offers hands‑on impact in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment with opportunities to develop in analytics and client services.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Track and analyze dealer network performance data to improve accuracy and quality
- Provide remote and on-site support to the dealer network for accounting, data input, and reporting tasks
- Present KPI results and suggest improvement actions to stakeholders
- Train dealers on internal software and data quality improvement, and assist in KPI analysis
- Serve as client contact to respond to requests and improve satisfaction
- Ensure high-quality data usage on assigned projects




- Attend project meetings and communicate status, conclusions, and results to clients and management
- Participate in special client projects as required

Responsabilidades

- MS Office advanced (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent/native Spanish; English B2-C1
- Analytical thinking and data management

- Driver's license
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 2 years related work experience
- Knowledge of European languages and automotive retail knowledge are a plus
- SQL programming language
