Experteer Overview In this role you will steer SITA for Aircraft’s inorganic growth initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams through the Mu0026amp;A lifecycle. You’ll serve as the operational backbone, keeping workstreams on track, preparing leadership materials, and ensuring timely, quality inputs for central Mu0026amp;A activities. You’ll turn complex commercial and product data into clear updates for senior leaders, while shaping due diligence and integration planning. This is an opportunity to impact strategic growth in a global aviation context.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Maintain and enrich the Mu0026A pipeline aligned with SITA for Aircraft strategy

- Run Business Unit–side workstreams with clear ownership, timelines, risks, and dependencies

- Coordinate Product, Finance, Commercial, Technology, and Operations contributors

- Support due diligence by organizing inputs and preparing agendas and information packs

- Track findings, open points, and actions throughout the deal lifecycle

- Contribute to business case and synergy work with Finance and Product leaders

- Prepare executive materials for leadership, reviews, and board discussions

- Support integration planning and handover from due diligence to integration

Responsabilidades





- 7+ years of experience in project management, corporate development, Mu0026A support, strategy, consulting, or complex cross-functional programs

- Aviation industry knowledge, preferably airline operations, SaaS, B2B software

- Strong project management skills in senior-stakeholder, multi-workstream environments; PM certification valued

- Good understanding of the Mu0026A lifecycle (pipeline, screening, due diligence, transaction, integration)

- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear workplans, actions, and decisions

- Comfort with financial and business-case inputs; MBA or equivalent business background welcome

- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience with investment banks, consultants, and legal advisors

- Strong collaboration and influence without direct authority

- Ability to interact with C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders with discretion

- Fluent English
