In this role, you’ll play a key part in achieving ambitious growth targets by engaging and retaining our global user base through impactful, data-driven CRM strategies.YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:As part of the central CRM team, you will: maximise customer value by defining and implementing lifecycle strategies that activate, engage and retain users across our 9 marketsOwn end-to-end automation creation process, from ideation to execution, across multiple channels (email, push notifications, in-app, SMS…)Advise and coach more junior team members on best in class CRM for global and local initiatives, ensuring the right message reaches the right user at the right timeOptimise performance using behavioural data, designing and analysing A/B tests, and reduce friction in the customer journeyLead cross-functional projects,



such as dashboard creation, lifecycle segmentation, process optimisation, and experimentation frameworksManage and optimise CRM automations, aligning communications and themes with lifecycle stages and business prioritiesIdentify business opportunities and bring them to life together with Marketing, Product, local teams and North American counterpartsTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement – ideally at a regional or integral levelHands-on experience with CRM platforms (experience with Braze is a plus)Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams, markets, levels and time zonesAbility to effectively prioritise and manage a diverse set of initiatives in a fast-paced environmentA data-driven mindset, using both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisionsExcellent communication
