Fynity is seeking a General BDR Manager to build a brand-new outbound function from its Madrid base. You will recruit, develop and lead the BDR team, create scalable playbooks and messaging, and set prospecting strategy across key European markets.
You'll own outbound targets, coach on cold calling and outreach, and work closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps. A strong track record in outbound leadership and multilingual ability are a plus. Madrid office 3–4 days a week.
