(Internship | On-site | Madrid) We are looking for an Auxiliar Administrativo to help us grow our Innotaxes team in Spain. This is not just a role — it is a key opportunity to streamline our cross-border operations, directly impact efficiency, and grow within a fast-paced international tax consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management & Quality Control * Review, classify, and digitally archive invoices and formal tax documentation for clients across multiple general markets. * Ensure all client files are fully organized, accurate, and up to date * Act as a horizontal support pillar for our Account Managers (AMs), Management and Accounting * Monitor deadlines closely and send timely alerts
International Client Relations * Proactively contact team members (covering EN, RU, JPN markets) to request and follow up on required paperwork. * Maintain an exceptional standard of client coordination to prevent communication bottlenecks.




Accounting & Tax Support * Provide hands-on technical support by performing bank reconciliations before data is transferred to a3 software. * Deliver logistical support during high-volume periods, such as quarterly and monthly tax presentation closings.
Requirements Hard Skills * Native or C1-C2 Spanish level * Minimum B2 English level * Valuable prior knowledge or familiarity with a3 management software. * Degree in ADE, Finance, or related Experience * Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of prior experience working in a consultancy, tax advisory, or fast-paced corporate administrative environment. Soft Skills * Exceptional attention to detail and methodical organization. * Strong time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities. * Assertive communication and great adaptability to learn new processes.
