About the Role

Weare looking for a highly organised and strategic Senior Account Manager/Account Supervisor to lead major client accounts and drive the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.

Working closely with clients, creative teams, and production partners, you'll oversee everything from campaign planning to content shoots, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Experience in Health, Wellness, Nutrition, or FMCG categories is advantageous but not essential.

This is an opportunity for someone with strong agency experience, excellent communication skills,



and the ambition to step into a future Account Supervisor role.

Key Responsibilities

Client Partnership
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of key client accounts, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and proactively identify opportunities to add value.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations that support client growth and campaign success.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and confidently manage expectations.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Campaign & Project Management
- Lead the execution of integrated offline and online campaigns, with a particular focus on social media and content-led initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables remain on track.
