As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will drive growth across Catalunya by leveraging the full Salesforce platform. You'll manage long-term account strategies, cultivate key relationships, and lead end-to-end sales with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on expanding net new business and delivering transformative AI and CRM value. Responsabilidades Build and manage long-term account strategies aligned with customer business objectives

Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction across accounts

Lead the end-to-end sales process, coordinating with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners

Drive net new business growth through both inbound leads and outbound prospecting





Requisitos principales 5 to 10 years of technology sales experience in software or business applications

Solid sales forecasting abilities with a proven track record of revenue achievement in the Spanish market

Demonstrated success in net new business sales, from outbound prospecting through to close

Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Proficient in Spanish and English

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage and prioritize work independently in a fast-paced environment

Cross-functional collaboration

Familiarity with sales methodology frameworks

Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (implicit in Salesforce role)
