We’re supporting a leading real estate debt platform as it expands its presence in Spain, with the appointment of a Director of Origination and Execution professional. This is a high-impact, front-end role focused on building a high-volume bridging finance platform across the sub-€10m market. The position offers full deal lifecycle ownership — from generating opportunities through to execution. The Opportunity * Lead origination of short-term real estate debt transactions across Spain * Build and leverage relationships with developers, investors, brokers and intermediaries * Drive a consistent pipeline of high-volume lending opportunities * Execute transactions end-to-end, from initial screening through to completion * Contribute to establishing and scaling a lending platform in a growing market Key Responsibilities * Originate bridging finance deals, primarily sub-€10m * Undertake full underwriting analysis (asset, sponsor and exit)



* Structure transactions aligned to risk and return parameters * Lead commercial negotiations on pricing and structuring * Present credit papers and work closely with internal approval processes * Provide market insight on pricing, competitors and borrower behaviour Profile Sought * Strong experience in bridging finance, real estate lending or alternative credit within Spain * Proven track record of originating and executing transactions * Established network across brokers, developers or borrowers * Robust underwriting capability across short-term real estate deals * Commercially driven with strong risk judgement * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Fluent Spanish and English This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in scaling a platform in a dynamic and evolving segment of the Spanish lending market.
