Overview In this role you will lead activities, events, and excursions for international students, ensuring days are engaging, safe, and memorable. You will create welcoming atmospheres, manage group dynamics, and deliver high-quality experiences across city tours, themed events, and games. You will supervise safety, conduct risk assessments, and handle emergencies following EF policies. You will collaborate with the Activity Manager on planning and support content for EF social channels.

Responsabilidades

Provide students with information and assistance regarding activities and excursions

Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere during events and trips, delivering exceptional service

Support community management and help maintain a vibrant environment within the school

Ensure health, safety, and well-being of all students, including conducting risk assessments and managing emergencies in line with EF policies

Lead guided tours at excursion destinations, sharing engaging content (materials provided by EF)

Accompany students to attractions and ensure smooth logistics throughout the trip

Safeguard under-18 students during all activities in accordance with EF guidelines





Assist with event promotion, including creating and displaying posters

Prepare detailed handovers for the Activity Manager to ensure seamless service

Report any emergencies promptly to the manager

Attend activity meetings and implement action points as required

Support content creation for EF social media channels
