The position involves providing financial planning and analysis support to the Corporate departments, including forecasting, budgeting, and internal control, while partnering across the organization to support Corporate functions financially and analytically in achieving their goals and priorities. The role also ensures quality control over financial transactions and financial and analytical reporting, including the coordination of monthly and year-end reporting, as well as the preparation of ad hoc financial reports. Timely and appropriate reports and analysis are provided, delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies.

Month-end, Budget and Forecast information is reliable, accurate and presents no material mistakes. Prepare regular financial reports and provide support on budget and month-end processes.



Work with the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer to provide cohesive analytical support on ad hoc financial analyses that drive strategic business decisions.

Calculate variances from the budget and forecasts and report significant issues. Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. Establish, monitor, and enforce internal controls.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. More than 2 years' experience on an Accounting or Controlling function or auditing firm.

Experience on financial data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.

Business

Intelligence tools knowledge (Power BI / Power Query). SAP ERP knowledge will be an added value. Required to be self-sufficient in English-speaking environments. Understanding of the work environment at the industrial sector or similar. Proficiency on Excel and presentations on PowerPoint. Comply with the regulations, policy and instructions of Quality, Environment and Health and Safety. Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.
