Responsabilidades Analyze large data volumes to find patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities with direct business impact
Generate actionable insights by linking technical metrics with business KPIs and strategic goals
Apply AI and advanced analytics techniques in a practical, results-driven way
Drive continuous improvement through hypotheses, tests, and data-driven recommendations
Design executive presentations (slides, dashboards, one-pagers) with clear, decision-oriented messaging
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, bridging data and decision-making




Explore new AI use cases for data analysis with a pragmatic, innovation mindset
Requisitos principales Degree in quantitative fields (Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar)
Strong experience in data analysis and interpreting business KPIs
Experience with analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI / Tableau or similar)
Interest and practical experience applying AI techniques with a business focus
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear messages for non-technical audiences
Experience creating executive presentations and presenting to senior stakeholders
Continuous improvement mindset, critical thinking, and impact orientation
Strong communication, autonomy, and end-to-end data vision
Fluent in English and Spanish (C1+)
