Responsabilidades Drive procurement activities within the assigned category and continually develop them
Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier evaluations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D;, Manufacturing, Logistics, Strategy)
Lead and execute commercial negotiations at a global level
Support supplier development and performance improvement initiatives




Ensure alignment with global sourcing strategies and business objectives
Requisitos principales Strong expertise in sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation in global environments
Proven ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into data-driven sourcing strategies
Solid experience in managing and developing strategic supplier relationships and driving performance improvements
Strong business acumen focused on optimizing cost, quality, and delivery while balancing commercial and operational priorities
Analytical and results-oriented with 5+ years in procurement or related roles; fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Experience in aluminum production and casting operations is a plus
