Responsabilidades Design and develop technical components that meet business and technical needs
Analyze and optimize Java and Spring Boot apps for performance and maintainability
Reduce technical debt through best coding practices and quality improvements
Leverage AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin, etc.) to speed up analysis and documentation
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
Support backend and frontend development following modern standards
Contribute to CI/CD processes
Document solutions using JIRA, Confluence, and ALM
Coordinate with production support to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, quality, and development standards
Requisitos principales Minimum 3 years as Software Developer or Code Analyst
Strong Java, JDBC, J2EE, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Maven, Node.js (JADE/Pug), HTML
Oracle Database, REST APIs and Microservices
Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin)
Knowledge of SonarQube and Fortify for code quality and security
Agile software development experience
