Overview In this role you will design and deploy scalable, role-based AI agents for Horizon, a cloud platform for renewable energy asset monitoring and decision support. You work closely with domain experts and platform engineers to bring production-grade AI agents from research into operations, enabling asset managers, traders and analysts to make data-driven decisions at scale. You will build evaluation and observability frameworks, ensuring safe, reliable, and explainable agent behavior.

This is a hands-on, product-focused opportunity to shape intelligent workflows in renewable energy.

Responsabilidades

Design scalable architecture for role-based AI agents covering asset management, O&M;, predictive maintenance, trading, and analytics workflows

Define agent responsibilities, interaction patterns, and hand-offs between specialised agents

Integrate agents with diverse Horizon data sources (time-series, alarms, events, metadata, forecasts, reports, logbooks, documentation)

Build evaluation datasets and frameworks for quality, safety, latency, and reliability





Implement observability and traceability for prompts, context, tool calls, decisions, failures, and feedback

Deploy and operate AI services in production with software and platform engineers

Collaborate with renewable energy domain experts to ensure outputs are technically meaningful and evidence-based

Stay informed on LLMs, agent orchestration, and multimodal IA developments for pragmatic production use

Requisitos principales Proven experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI assistants in production

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering

Strong Python software engineering skills for production-grade applications

Experience integrating AI with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-native development practices

Strong communication skills in English curious and proactive collaborative in fast-moving environments ownership of projects and ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders
