Overview In this role you join a mission-driven, fast-moving LegalTech SaaS to build and scale core features used by legal professionals worldwide. You will design robust backend services with Python, while contributing to a modern frontend as needed. You'll work closely with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver solid features and ensure seamless integrations with CMS and third-party systems.

internal systems, and third-party services Maintain code quality with automated tests, code reviews, and improved deployment workflows (Docker, Git, CI/CD) Monitor performance, troubleshoot production bottlenecks, and enhance security and scalability in cloud/containerized environments Requisitos principales 5+ years of Python backend and full-stack experience with production-ready code Strong knowledge of Python, REST API design, and microservices Solid frontend skills in JavaScript/TypeScript with a modern framework (React, Angular, Lit, or similar) Hands-on experience with DevOps basics: Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines Performance-oriented mindset with familiarity with Unix, debugging tools, and performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, DevTools) cross-functional collaboration problem-solving mindset proactive ownership Python Flask REST APIs
