Overview In this role you join a mission-driven, fast-moving LegalTech SaaS to build and scale core features used by legal professionals worldwide. You will design robust backend services with Python, while contributing to a modern frontend as needed. You'll work closely with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver solid features and ensure seamless integrations with CMS and third-party systems.

Responsabilidades Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs using Python and Flask

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to ship features and assist frontend integration when appropriate

Manage integrations between core backend, headless CMS (e.g., Strapi),



internal systems, and third-party services

Maintain code quality with automated tests, code reviews, and improved deployment workflows (Docker, Git, CI/CD)

Monitor performance, troubleshoot production bottlenecks, and enhance security and scalability in cloud/containerized environments

Requisitos principales 5+ years of Python backend and full-stack experience with production-ready code

Strong knowledge of Python, REST API design, and microservices

Solid frontend skills in JavaScript/TypeScript with a modern framework (React, Angular, Lit, or similar)

Hands-on experience with DevOps basics: Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

Performance-oriented mindset with familiarity with Unix, debugging tools, and performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, DevTools)
