To reinforce our young and ambitious Data and AI team we are seeking an experienced Data Analyst. You will own the semantic layer of our data platform: the models, metrics and definitions that the whole company relies on. Beyond reporting, you will be expected to explain what happened, why it happened, what is likely to happen next and what should be done about it. Design, build and maintain the semantic model of the platform with dbt: staging, marts, metrics, tests and documentation. Contribute to data governance: ownership, naming conventions, data contracts, catalog and quality standards on the analytics layer. Run diagnostic analyses: identify root causes behind business variations rather than only reporting them.
Build predictive analyses (forecasting, scoring, propensity) to anticipate business and product trends.



Deliver reporting and visualizations where they are the right answer, on top of the semantic model rather than beside it. Collaborate with the data engineering team on pipelines and modelling, and act as a referent on analytics practices within the team.
Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, IT, or related field At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or related fields Advanced SQL, and hands-on production experience with dbt Strong background in data modelling: dimensional modelling, semantic layers, metric definitions Comfortable with Python for statistical and predictive work Experience with data governance practices (documentation, ownership, data quality) Working knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, preferably Azure Databricks, and of a visualization tool (e.g. Microsoft Power BI) Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving aptitude, and a high standard of rigor and precision Excellent
