The Associate Program

Manager - Strategic Initiatives is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership . You will work directly with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office , acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities. This includes everything from scaling new business lines and optimizing global operations to steering data-driven decision-making and enabling cross-functional excellence.

You'll get a panoramic view of Joveo's business, deep exposure to integral leadership, and the chance to influence the company's direction at the highest level.



Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects. Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions.

Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution. 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder's office roles (Tech / SaaS / high-growth startup background preferred). Strong communication and stakeholder management; Exposure to AI innovation, global markets, and executive decision-making. Competitive compensation, global exposure, and a steep growth trajectory.
