Experteer Overview
As Marketing Operations Coordinator in Barcelona, you’ll own the implementation, testing and optimization of email programs in HubSpot, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant communications. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to manage segmentation, testing, and delivery at scale, supporting data quality and reporting. This role blends technical execution with process improvement to drive growth in a fast-growing cybersecurity company. You’ll be empowered to shape how marketing systems enable revenue and customer engagement.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build, QA, test, schedule, and deploy emails in HubSpot
• Implement nurture, webinar invites, product communications, newsletters and event emails
• Create and manage audience segmentation, suppression lists, and dynamic lists
• Perform QA testing of renders, personalization, links, tracking, forms and workflows
• Monitor deployments, troubleshoot delivery, segmentation, automation, and reporting issues
• Collaborate with campaign managers for accurate setup and timelines
• Maintain email templates,



branding and best practices
• Support A/B testing across subject lines, send times, segments, and performance
• Serve as HubSpot Marketing Hub administrator and manage data quality
• Manage contact imports, lists, duplicates, and data integrity
• Ensure GDPR/consent compliance and integrations with Salesforce
• Document processes and workflows
• Build reports and dashboards to measure performance and opportunities
• Monitor automation workflows and optimize improvements
• Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Sales and other stakeholders
• Support lead routing, lifecycle management, scoring models, and attribution frameworks
• Contribute to marketing systems optimization and efficiency improvements

Responsabilidades
