Overview In this role you help advance GenAI-powered solutions within OLX's Generative AI Innovation team. You'll contribute to planning, building, and deploying scalable cloud-native software, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship impact-driven AI applications. You will mentor juniors, drive innovation, and help shape the engineering strategy while delivering secure, high-quality systems on AWS.

Contribute to cross-team collaboration through inter-team groups or guilds

Requisitos principales Significant professional experience in software development with Python

Experience in large-scale web applications and designing well-bounded domain systems

Experience in architecting Cloud Native solutions; AWS considered a plus

Experience in multi-functional teams

Ownership mindset: build it, run it, own it with emphasis on code quality, debugging, optimization, and automation

Experience in building AI/ML-enabled products collaboration problem-solving mentoring and coaching
