Giromed Institute is looking for a talented and highly autonomous Senior Software Engineer to become a key technical contributor to our Digital Health innovation team .You will build and shape digital health products from an early stage, with real influence on architecture and technology decisions.Our projects combine clinical software, AI, physiological data, cloud infrastructure and connected wearable devices .We care more about what you can build and how you solve problems than about job titles or years of experience.WHAT YOU WILL DODesign and develop scalable backend systems and APIs, primarily using PythonWork with MongoDB and structured clinical and physiological dataDesign and maintain cloud-based architecturesDevelop data-processing and AI/ML componentsUse modern AI coding tools and agents to accelerate development, testing, documentation and refactoringReview and validate AI-generated codeImplement automated testing, Git workflows, Docker and CI/CDMake technical architecture decisions and document them clearlyIntegrate external SDKs,
