To provide comprehensive support to the Product Owner within the Websites. The selected candidate will act as a bridge between technical development and business goals, assisting in day-to-day operations, documentation, and coordination activities.

Daily responsabilities:

- Backlog & Documentation Support: Assist the Product Owner in defining requirements, detailing user stories, updating documentation, and maintaining a clear and prioritized team backlog.

- Agile Rituals Coordination: Help prepare, organize, and follow up on Scrum/SAFe ceremonies (such as daily, sprint planning, refinements, and sprint reviews) to keep the team aligned and productive.

- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate daily with UX/UI designers, QA engineers,



and developers to ensure smooth communication and that feature feasibility is well addressed.

- Rollout & Delivery Tracking: Assist in tracking the status of rollout activities, preparing project minutes, compiling release notes, and organizing updates for stakeholders and different markets.

- Testing Support: Participate in end-to-end (E2E) exploratory testing and user research tasks to ensure new updates match the intended product value before going live.
