Overview

As Bid Manager DACH, you will lead and coordinate the bid lifecycle to win new business and expand in Europe. You'll partner with sales and cross-functional teams to tailor high-quality responses that meet client needs, while building scalable bid templates. You'll influence strategy with market insights and bid performance data, driving competitive advantage. This role offers a hands-on chance to shape how Perk wins in the DACH market and beyond.

Responsabilidades Coordinate the complete bid process from start to submission, ensuring timely, high-quality responses

Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and customise bid responses

Develop and maintain a bid library with templates and documentation

Write, edit, and proofread bid documents for clarity and compliance





Gather information from internal stakeholders and share learnings with the team

Liaise with customers/prospects to clarify requirements and manage bid communications

Encourage and attend pre-tender meetings to collect customer requirements

Provide insights on bid outcomes, market trends, and competitor activity

Assist in developing bid strategies and improving bid processes based on feedback

Requisitos principales Minimum 2 years in bid management and writing

Fluent in English and German; Spanish a plus

Proficiency in Salesforce; Google Workspace; experience with bid management software a plus

Excellent organisational and project management skills

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team strong communication stakeholder management analytical mindset
