Overview In this role, you will serve as the embedded finance business partner for Keonn, leading budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while translating commercial activity into financial insight. You will collaborate with Sales to convert pipeline and bookings into revenue forecasts and support month-end close. The position sits within a growing technology-driven environment where robust financial processes enable scalable growth.

You will work closely with leadership to shape financial strategy and provide decisive insights for growth.

Responsabilidades Own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the business unit

Partner with Sales to translate pipeline and bookings into revenue forecasts

Lead reporting on bookings, backlog, shipments, and performance vs. targets

Support monthly accounting close in coordination with local and corporate finance teams

Build integrated P&L; and balance sheet forecasts and support AOP and quarterly reviews





Deliver clear financial insights to support decision-making and growth

Requisitos principales 5+ years of FP&A;, controlling, or finance business partnering experience

Strong commercial and analytical mindset with experience supporting Sales or revenue forecasting

Solid understanding of accounting close processes

Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus

Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders

Comfortable working in an evolving, growth-stage environment

Background in technology, hardware, or manufacturing is preferred

Fluent English; Spanish and/or Catalan a strong plus strong analytical mindset clear communication with non-finance stakeholders collaboration with cross-functional teams adaptability in a growth environment
