Overview

As a Gartner Business Development Executive, you will drive new business with Large Enterprise prospects, from first contact to closing and transition to account management. You'll build and manage a robust pipeline to meet sales KPIs and forecast accurately in a complex, high-value environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align insights and practical tools that create client value.

This role offers a clear progression path within Gartner's growth-focused, internal-promotion culture. You'll be at the center of strategic partnerships, shaping how large enterprises engage with Gartner's offerings.

Responsabilidades Identify and close new business opportunities with Large Enterprise prospects across the territory





Own the full sales conversation and negotiation from outreach to closing and handoff to account management

Maintain a high-quality pipeline to achieve sales KPIs

Provide the right mix of insight and tools to deliver value in partnerships

Manage territory quota and forecasted revenue

Lead complex, high-revenue sales across matrix environments

Own monthly/quarterly/annual account planning and forecasting

Requisitos principales 5+ years of B2B sales experience in complex, intangible environments

Business development or new-client acquisition experience desired

Experience selling to and influencing C-Level Executives

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Proven ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process

Willingness to travel

Bachelors degree desired trust-based relationship building collaboration results-driven client commitment
