Overview In this role you enable R&D; scientists and engineers by managing enterprise tool requests and ensuring compliant, reliable systems. You will be part of a global, centralized support team focused on streamlining tools, processes, and data flows to boost productivity. Your work drives smoother tool usage, faster issue resolution, and proactive improvements to internal operations.

You will learn quickly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help digitize manual tasks to save researchers time.

Responsabilidades Fulfill R&D; tool requests using knowledge of business systems and compliance Provide timely, expert support for operational issues and system problems Serve as SME for one or more complex R&D; business applications Develop expertise in key R&D; processes (records management, lab data, training system data, change requests) Maximize scientist productivity by leveraging data and organizational structure Anticipate customer needs by building know-how of R&D; roles and priorities Maintain a strong,



collaborative service mindset within a global team Drive process improvement by identifying manual steps and digitization opportunities Automate administrative tasks using automation and AI tools Ensure data integrity and compliance across regulated R&D; processes Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or business discipline 2+ years in operations, technical support, or system administration Excellent written and verbal English; German a plus Ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and processes Experience with enterprise applications (e.g., EDS, LMS, PM tools) is desirable Education/experience in data analysis or AI-related areas is desirable Experience with SAP, Cornerstone, Google Suite, and Office Suite Proven ability to complete complex, detailed tasks accurately Ability to work in a hybrid, general team with flexible scheduling Customer-focused Collaborative Detail-oriented Enterprise business applications Data analysis AI tools and chatbot/agent development
