Overview In this role, you will shape strategy and performance tracking for Fever's Business Development team. You'll act as a liaison to C-level leadership, defining initiatives to meet the business plan and setting up reporting frameworks to guide decisions. You'll analyze results, identify growth opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue. The position offers high exposure and a chance to impact a integral leader in live entertainment.

Responsabilidades Shape strategy and performance tracking for the Business Development team

Be the POC with C-level, founders and SVPs

Plan, design and implement strategic initiatives to reach the Business Plan

Define reporting frameworks to monitor performance

Analyze results to identify inefficiencies, trends and growth opportunities





Partner with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans

Support strategic planning and forecasting to meet targets

Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth

Collaborate with executives and commercial leadership across the organization

Requisitos principales 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/STEM

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting and business planning

Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership

Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executive exposure

Proactive, detail-oriented, capable of balancing strategy with hands-on execution cross-functional collaboration proactive mindset strong communication
