Overview

As a Senior BPA Developer, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced BPA/RPA automation across the organization, translating complex processes into scalable solutions. You will mentor junior teams, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and own end-to-end automation life cycles, from concept to optimization. You'll apply AI-assisted tools and modern development practices to boost efficiency, resilience, and impact, while upholding governance and best practices.

Responsabilidades Lead analysis of complex business processes to identify high-value automation opportunities

Design, develop, and deploy BPA/RPA solutions using Python or similar languages and AI-assisted tools

Mentor junior/mid-level BPA developers and promote best practices

Collaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation

Own the full automation lifecycle from concept to deployment and optimization





Oversee day-to-day operation, troubleshoot issues, ensure stability and performance

Lead and support testing activities including UAT to meet expectations

Create, maintain, and review technical and process documentation

Monitor performance, define KPIs, and report ROI of automation initiatives

Continuously evaluate and adopt new automation technologies and AI capabilities

Requisitos principales 6+ years of experience in software development and automation

Hands-on expertise in Python or similar languages

Proven experience designing and delivering BPA/RPA solutions in enterprise environments

Knowledge of SAP (SAP R/3, Business Warehouse) is a plus

Hands-on experience with RPA/BPA platforms and automation tools

Strong end-to-end understanding of business processes and operational workflows

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a business mindset

Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels

Solid experience with Microsoft Excel

Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and modern practices is valued influence and collaboration analytical thinking problem-solving
