Map & Test New Personas:Â Own top-of-funnel growth by sourcing, qualifying, and booking high-intent discovery meetings for the Founding Account Executive.
Partner directly with Sales Leadership to document what works, establishing the framework, templates, and best practices for future SDR hires.
Leverage AI & Sales Infrastructure:Â Help select, implement, and optimize our AI-native prospecting stack, utilizing AI tools to automate research, trigger tracking, and hyper-personalized messaging.
Persona curiosity:



Ability to speak the language of SMB founders and CFOs, with a strong interest in learning how different corporate entities and treasury setups operate.
